When you think of “party towns” Tulsa, Oklahoma rarely comes to mind. But that all changed this April when 4500 motivated, excited, TIARA-wearing women descended on the former oil boomtown for the annual SeneGence Seminar.

Held across two of the largest venues in the city, the Cox Business Center and the giant BOK Center, the event was one that will go down in SeneGence history as one of THE most significant in their history. It HAD to be, because it was the 20 th Anniversary of this powerhouse lipstick and beauty company. And we were THRILLED to be given the chance to create something worthy of such a momentous occasion.

But it wasn’t EASY. In fact, it took a crew of 47 “Katapulters” to pull off this massive 2 stage event. Not to MENTION, the 6 simultaneous breakout sessions AND a live simulcast to Canada and Australia. But we were up to the challenge.

The first two days were spectacular. With 5 live cameras, over 3,000 square feet of 2.6mm LED panels,
and hundreds of moving lights the audience loved every minute of it.
And if there was ever a pause in the action our world famous DJ got the house rocking again.

We hosted a 1,000 person “wave parade,” multiple speakers, and over 250 awards on stage. It was a spectacle. But it turns out THAT was just the warm up act. We then moved the entire show across the street to the 15,000 seat BOK Center. And set up (in less than 12 hours) a world class audio and light show for the main act… GWEN STEFANI.

We were honored to be selected to produce such an important event

“It was truly a logistical conundrum but with the help of a fantastic team we made it happen and the ladies loved it.”

And it was a completely turn key project. From stage design and management all the way to Spanish translation and hundreds of custom video motion graphics. Proving once again that no matter how large or small, KATAPULT delivers every single time.
